What Does It Mean When A Guy...?

Fruit Special Senegal

(There are a lot of fruit in Senegal familiar, I describe here only those I did not know.)

P ain
monkey-bread monkey is the fruit of the baobab . It is so called because it is the daily bread of monkeys. He is from Senegal. Monkey bread has curative anti-diarrhea. When opened you discover a dried pulp, hard and whitish, dotted with brown and beige fiber cores black. It can be eaten as such, but the taste is slightly acidic. I much prefer juice, with milk and sugar. Roch I are crazy about Bouye drink made from monkey bread.

Corossol
The soursop is a cousin of the cherimoya. It has the same white flesh, divided into small sections with large black nuclei. It is native to South America. It is eaten as such or in juice. Very good, sweet, juicy. A sweet taste reminiscent of pear.

I did a search, and I realized that the soursop fruit is theoretically the same as guayabana (whom I met in Ecuador). However, the leaks in Ecuador is very tall and straight, and here it is small and twisted.

The Madd madd is originally from Casamance. Seen from the outside it looks like a potato. It opens. Surprise! Small piece of fruit yellow flash. It tastes. Ouff too acidic, it's crazy. Add a little water, sugar and stirs it , I am told. Ah, that's edible. But it is very safe.

Apple mahogany
mahogany The apple is the fruit which comes cashews (or pets' cachoux). Originally from Brazil. The yellow flesh is good, juicy and reminds a little taste of the apple. However do not try to chew the nut from the center, it is so acidic it could burn your tongue! We must toast the nuts, and so it becomes edible. That is why the "cachoux" so expensive, there are only one per apple.
